Cilnep tablets contain Cilnidipine, a calcium channel blocker that acts by reducing the force with which heart pumps the blood. It is prescribed for high blood pressure & heart pain besides other conditions.

Main side effects are headache, flushing, nasal congestion, dyspepsia, sinusitis, flu syndrome, dizziness, increased creatine kinase enzyme, nausea & back pain.
